OUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT
Our holiday apartment has 65m2 and is ideal for two to four people. The furniture in the apartment is made from light-coloured birch wood and was manufactured by local joiners. The living room has a fitted carpet. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bed-living room for two more people, a fully fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a spacious balcony with comfortable garden furniture. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere the apartment conveys and simply feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and dishes, a microwave, a hob (with ceramic cooktop for four pots), an oven, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, an extractor, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a flat TV with satellite TV.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and toiletries are included in the price. Free WiFi Internet, a storage room with a shoe dryer, as well as enough parking spaces in front of our house are also included in the price. For a small surcharge of € 8.50 per person you can book bed and breakfast and enjoy a delicious start into the day at our generous breakfast buffet. You can also book our breakfast service.
For a small surcharge you can also bring your pets along. Out of consideration for our other guests smoking is only allowed on the balconies.

BOOKING INFORMATION
The apartment prices are per apartment and day not including final cleaning. The visitor’s tax of € 3.00 per day and person (for people of the age of 15 years and older) is charged separately. For short stays of up to 5 days you have to pay a surcharge. We offer child discounts for children from 5 to 12 years.
In order to make your reservation binding we ask for a deposit of 10% of the full price. The balance due has to be paid in bar upon departure or via bank transfer. On the day of arrival, you can check in at 2 p.m. and on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9 a.m.
The general terms of the Austrian hotel industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
