YOUR HOLIDAY ROOMS
The rooms (3 double rooms and 2 single rooms) are spread over two floors and are all equipped with a shower, but the toilets are located outside the rooms on the respective floor. One of these toilets has an additional shower. Some of the bedrooms have balconies.
Start the day well-fuelled with a delicious breakfast from our rich and varied buffet, which is available for you from 7:15 to 9:30 am. Make yourself comfortable in our breakfast room with seating area, tiled stove and flat-screen TV. You are also welcome to use our fully equipped guest kitchen in our breakfast room.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, tea towels, cleaning products and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The rooms can also be booked together as a flat for a maximum of 8 people thanks to the adjoining kitchen and lounge.
Bed linen, bath and hand towels, tea towels and toiletries are included in the price. Free WLAN Internet, a new ski cellar with boot dryer and sufficient parking spaces in front of the house are also included in our services. We are also happy to welcome your pets for a small surcharge.
Out of consideration for the other guests, smoking is only permitted on the balconies.

BOOKING INFORMATION
The room prices are per room and day including breakfast and final cleaning. The visitor’s tax of € 5.00 per person and day (for people of the age of 15 years and older) is charged separately. For short stays of up to 5 days you have to pay a surcharge. We offer child discounts for children from 5 to 12 years.
In order to make your reservation binding we ask for a deposit of 10% of the full price. The balance due has to be paid in bar upon departure or via bank transfer. On the day of arrival, you can check in at 2 p.m. and on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 9 a.m.
The general terms of the Austrian hotel industry are applicable (AGBH 2006).
